Dear Pastors and Friends in the IBFNA,

This is my third letter to you this year as the Moderator of the IBFNA. I trust the Lord is blessing you and your ministry for our Savior. It is time to think about making plans in our schedules for the Conference in June. This letter is sent to you so you will have what you need to make reservations at the Inn and to register with IBFNA. All indications thus far make it appear that it will be a good conference.

The location of the conference will be Lancaster, Pa. at the Quality Inn and Suites on Route 272. We are doing our best to keep our conferences family oriented. The city of Lancaster is a lovely area with much for families to see and do. We want you to bring your wife and children with you if at all possible. It is also our feeling that churches should help pastors with the expense of this trip. If you would contact us and give us permission to do so, we will help make them aware of this need for you. Lancaster is a very friendly family resort area and there is much you can do. Let me give you the details of your lodging needs first.

The cost of a single/double room for the conference is $72.00 per night, plus tax.
There is a $6.00 fee for each additional adult. To receive this discounted price, reservations must be made by June 1, 2006. Please refer to account #4781 when
making reservations. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. We have enclosed a brochure giving the amenities offered by Quality Inn and Suites with a map on the back.

For people wishing to do so, we have also enclosed a sheet giving particulars of RV and Camping locations

There is a very special treat available to everyone this year on Wednesday afternoon: -- Sight and Sound Productions at the Millenium Theatre in Lancaster will be presenting a heart-stirring performance on the Book of Ruth. The production is magnificent and your whole family should see it, even though it is not inexpensive. Making a trip into the area is not complete without it. The prices are listed as follows: Adults - $38.00, Teens (ages 13 – 18) $25.00, and children (below 12) $15.00. I must have your reservation for this before you come. It is generally “sold out,” and I must be able to hold them. We will tell you when payment is necessary. We have also adjusted the Conference schedule so you can attend. Please fill in the reservation form at the end of this letter.

The Conference theme for 2006 will be “BUILDING THE BODY AND DEFENDING THE FLOCK.” It will be appropriate for these days of turmoil in which we must minister. May the Lord grant you a wonderful beginning to the New Year of “2006,” and may He find us all faithful to Him during these days of opportunity.
